TMJ therapy

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) or jaw joint is a joint that plays a huge role in eating, chewing and yawning. temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) is a diagnosis given to those experiencing the following:


  1. Jaw pain/pain with biting

  2. Headaches originating from the jaw

  3. Pain with yawning

  4. Pain with chewing, especially hard foods

  5. Jaw stiffness (difficulty with opening and closing jaw)

  6. Clicking in the jaw

  7. Ear pressure

  8. Radiating pain into the neck and down the shoulder

TMJ therapy

  1. Posture Education

  2. Improving Jaw Movement

  3. Strengthening Exercises
